New year, new trinkets!

Goblin friends! Born anew in light of the new year!

Jumping into some more playtesting, despite COVID doing it's best to sideline our goblin band. As such, drafted up a quick form-fillable character sheet for remote/virtual play! Would love to further develop virtual tools, as it seems to be a necessity in our wonderful plague-world. Form-fillable also makes for ease of record keeping, providing a digital option no matter how you play! If you have any suggestions about character sheets, or have played a game of I'll Be Taking That and have mechanics feedback we'd love to hear it!

Tonight's game involved a gravedigger's grave-robbing daughter, ceaseless wagon loads of scheming, dead imperial bureaucrats, and a full set of solid gold sporks. Double-sided sporks. Still hammering away at the balance, tonight's game being no different. Before playtesting, while still living entirely in math world, the mechanics seemed like they might be too punishing, therefore discouraging engagement. I'm worried we may have over corrected slightly by introducing a ton of fun elements to guard against trinket loss. Need to hone it in a bit. We may start with bonds/assisting: hope to tease more depth out of bonds, and maybe address some balance issues while we are at it. Then onto the much needed rounds of editing and layout work!
